An Affordable, Custom Design For Everyone!We’re so commited to making sure that every occasion has its own unique style and theme that we are offering custom design mockups for only $100. We’ll work with you either over the phone or in person to determine the theme and personality you want and, within two weeks, we’ll have a custom design mockup for your review. Best of all, we will subtract the $100 off your invoice after you decide to order from us. No more cookie-cutter invitations!
CUSTOM Process
- Book your consultation date!
If you’ve made the decision for a custom invitation, the first thing we need to do is set up a date to either meet in person (if you’re local) or have a chat over the phone to introduce ourselves to you and gather the details of what you’re looking for. This meeting, be it in person or over the phone, generally takes at least a half hour to an hour, depending on how much you have pre-decided for your order. Contact us through any of the options we have listed on our contact page, and we’ll book you in for a date ASAP! - Initial Mockup & Quote.
Similar to our READY2GO process, our next step is to show you something! We generally say it takes up to two weeks for your initial design, and that’s to make sure that we give every one of our projects the creative attention they deserve. Once we’re ready, we’ll send you your initial online mockup along with a quote for your order. This is where the both of you can sit back, in the comforts of your own place, and marinade over your designs and prices and decide whether or not you want to continue.PLEASE NOTE: should you decide you don’t want to continue the process with Identity Invitations, we do require a non-refundable mockup fee of $100.If you LOVE our first shot at your designs, whether it’s perfect and exactly how you wanted or if it’s really close but we need to tweak it a little, then we’ll get you to… - Take care of the yucky paperwork.
Before we continue on, we’ll have you sign your paperwork (the quote and contract) to say you’re ready to continue, as well as get you to pay the 50% deposit that we require. - Editing, design approvals & final approval signature for printing.
Once that’s completed, we can continue the team editing process to approve your designs and begin the final proofing process for printing. The amount of time needed for this part of the process will vary completely on how fast we all work as a team to hammer out your designs and create them exactly as you envisioned.We’ll send you a PDF proof of your designs from here on end, so that you can zoom in and check everything out to make sure all your dates, times, locations and spelling is correct. If there are spelling mistakes or edits that need to be done, just let us know and we’ll make the changes and send you a new PDF to review. If your PDF is PERFECT and ready for printing, then we’ll get you to print your proof and sign it, letting us know that you’re happy with this latest version and it’s ready for printing.An extra word of caution: it is your responsibility to carefully review and ensure that there are no errors on this final proof as this is the exact version that will be sent to the printers. - Print, produce, ship & final payment.
Once we receive your final signature approval, we’ll send your files straight to the printers. We say it takes up to 2 weeks to print, produce and package your order. For those outside of the Madsion area and can’t pick up their order, don’t forget to add on shipping time as well. Shipping costs and time will vary on size, weight and shipping options of your package.Once we’re all packaged up and either ready to hand off in person or ship, this is when the remaining balance on your order is due.
READY2GO Process:
- Choose your READY2GO design.
Have a good look through our gallery and decide which design reflects your wedding best. If the colour scheme you see doesn’t match your wedding colours, don’t fret as most of our designs have complimentary colour changes included in the design prices. - Place your order.
We’ve got a few options for contacting us to make it as easy as possible for you. Contact us online through our contact form, by emailing us directly at contactus@identityinvitations.com, or even by phone at 608-770-6261. Let us know what you are interested in and we’ll contact you as soon as we can, to get the rest of those pesky details to get your order started. - Initial Mock-ups & Quotes.
Within 2 weeks of receiving the details for your order, we’ll create for you an initial online mockup so that you can see the designs you’ve chosen with your information and possibly even your photo in it. Along with your mockups, we’ll send you a proper quote for your order, so that you can see exactly how much it will all be. If you like what you see and are confident that you’ve chosen the right designs, we’ll then get you to… - Take care of the yucky paperwork.
