  1. What is the difference between R2G and custom?

    Our Ready2GO line is our template designs, which we created for those of you who are on a tighter budget but still want a Identity Invitations design for your wedding. Everything that you can have in a specific design is listed in our catalogue, with all the prices for each piece set. This way, you know exactly how much you will need to spend if you want a certain design.

    Our custom designs are just as they would seem: custom! Designs created specifically for you, with your ideas, colours and themes all reflected in your design.

    [ Even if you don’t have a specific idea in mind but know you want that one-of-a-kind wedding invitation, custom designs are the way to go. ]

  2. How do we pay?

    We accept cash, personal or certified cheques, international money orders, email transfers and credit cards through PayPal.

    * Please note that a 2.9% service charge will apply when payment is made via PayPal.

  3. How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs will all depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

  4. What’s your return policy?

    Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please check your final proof carefully before approving it, as we are not responsible for any errors made by you and do not offer refunds or reprints free of charge should errors occur (after receiving your signed approval of your final proof).

  5. Do you design anything other than weddings?

    We sure do! You can check out our Showers and Events Tab. Also www. DesingingIdentities.com is a good site to visit.

  6. How are your wedding designs printed?

  7. I have a unique idea for my wedding favours and I don’t see it anywhere on your website. Do you do stuff not shown in your portfolio?

    We love challenges! We are more than happy to talk to you about your ideas and see if they’re feasible for us to do. Just because it’s not in our portfolio doesn’t mean we can’t do it, we just haven’t found the opportunity to give it a shot!

  8. Do you send out samples?

    Upon request we will put together a custom sample package of our designs and mail it out to you. Unfortunately, we don’t send out full invitation sets for security reasons, but we do put enough fun bits and bobs that hopefully give you a good idea of how our designs look in person and in print.

  9. Do you work with couples outside of Madison, WI?

    Of course we do. Give us a call, tell us your thoughts, and we’ll see what we can work out.

  10. When should we be mailing out our save-the-dates and our wedding invitations?

    Save-the-Dates are proving to be increasingly popular due to your guests’ busy schedules and distance. They are most useful in providing advance notice of your wedding event, which is especially important if your friends and family need to book travel and accommodations or even just their vacation time off for your special day. Generally, save-the-dates are mailed out between 6 months to a year prior to your wedding date. If your guests do need to book time off as well as start saving for a destination wedding, then try and give them as much notice as possible.

    For your wedding invitations, we’ve checked around and the survey says: at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding day, if not earlier when the majority of your guests need to travel for your special event. Remember to check with your caterer to see when they need your final numbers, and don’t forget to allot time for those straggler guests who forget to rsvp!

  11. How soon should we be contacting you to get started on our wedding stationery?

    The sooner the better! Because with both our R2G and custom stationery, we still have a customization, proofing, printing and production process, we do need a few weeks to get through from ordering to handing off your wedding stationery to you. We tell our couples that it takes a MINIMUM of 4 weeks for the whole process, which doesn’t include shipping time if you’re not in Madison.
